The SIT14XX1Q series is a low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with ultra-low quiescent current and has a wide input voltage range from 3V to 40V. The SIT14XX1Q series can provide fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V, with a load current of up to 150mA. Under no-load conditions, the quiescent current is less than 6µA. The SIT14XX1Q series can be applied to power management in automotive electronics, industrial control systems, and wide-voltage battery-powered systems.The SIT14XX1Q series has built-in protection functions such as over-current protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature shutdown, and automatic restart.
