The SIT14503Q/P series is a low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with an ultra-low quiescent current and a wide input voltage range of 3V to 40V. The SIT14503Q/P series can provide fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V, or an adjustable output version ranging from 1.2V to 18V, and is capable of delivering a load current of up to 300mA. The quiescent current of the SIT14503Q/P series is less than 1µA when turned off, and less than 6.5µA under no-load conditions. The SIT14503Q/P series can be applied to power management in automotive electronics, industrial control systems, and wide-voltage battery-powered systems.
