The SIT24XX5Q series products are a type of integrated watchdog linear voltage regulator (LDO), which can operate within a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V. Different models of this series can provide fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V. The output load capacity is 500mA. It can be applied to the power supply applications of automotive microcontrollers or microprocessors.
