SIT24xx3Q
The SIT24XX3Q series products are integrated watchdog linear voltage regulators (LDOs) that can operate within a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V. Different models of this series provide fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V, with an output load capacity of 300mA. They are applicable to power supply applications for automotive microcontrollers or microprocessors.
