The SIT1028GQ is a Local Interconnect Network (LIN) physical layer transceiver with an integrated high-voltage LDO voltage regulator, which can provide a stable 5V/3.3V power supply for external ECU (Electronic Control Unit) microcontrollers or related peripherals. This LIN transceiver complies with LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, LIN 2.2A, ISO 17987-4:2016 (12V), and SAE J2602 standards. It is mainly suitable for in-vehicle networks with transmission rates ranging from 1 kbps to 20 kbps. The LIN bus output pin of the SIT1028GQ has an internal pull-up resistor and a bus output waveform shaping function to reduce electromagnetic emissions (EME). The SIT1028GQ uses the TXD pin as the input terminal to send low-voltage signals from the microcontroller to the LIN bus, while the LIN pin receives data streams on the bus, and the data is sent back to the microcontroller or to other microcontrollers through the output pin RXD of the receiver.
