The sit65hvd08 includes a driver and a receiver, both of which can be enabled and turned off independently. When both are disabled, both the driver and receiver output high resistance state. Sit65hvd08 has 1 / 8 load, which allows 256 sit65hvd08 transceivers to be connected to the same communication bus. It can realize error free data transmission up to 10Mbps.
The operating voltage range of sit65hvd08 is 3.0 ~ 5.5V. It has the functions of fail safe, over temperature protection, current limiting protection and over-voltage protection.
Sit65hvd08 pin to pin sn65hvd08 has the following features:
3.0V ~ 5.5V wide power supply range, half duplex;
The contact discharge capacity of bus port is above 16Kv
Bus fault tolerance and withstand voltage reach ± 15V
1 / 8 unit load, allowing up to 256 devices to be connected to the bus;
Driver short circuit output protection;
Over temperature protection function; low power cut-off function;
Receiver open circuit failure protection;
It has strong anti noise ability;
Integrated transient voltage rejection function;
The data transmission rate can reach 10Mbps in electrical noise environment;
